Cambodian Bai Sach Chrouk- (Pork And Rice)

Bai Sach Chrouk is a Cambodian pork and rice dish. One of the best and famous street food in Cambodia. It is my favorite Cambodian breakfast. This recipe brings me back to my hometown. It’s such a comfort food to have when you’re homesick.

Bai Sack Chrouck (Pork and Rice) is usually drizzled with chopped green onion oil and comes with pickled veggies(cucumber, carrot, and radish), fried egg, or omelet slices, and dipping sauce.
