Stir Fry Chicken And Green Beans

INGREDIENTS

For Stir Fry Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce

  • ⁣1/2 tsp pepper flakes

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp water

  • ⁣1 tsp sesame oil

  • ⁣1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • ⁣1 tsp minced garlic

  • ⁣1/2 tsp grated ginger

  • ⁣1 tsp cornstarch

For Cooking

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

  • ⁣2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 pound chicken, cut into bite-size pieces

  • ⁣6 oz. green beans

  • ⁣1 onion, chopped

  • ⁣1 red bell pepper, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine the ingredients to make the stir fry sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

  • In a hot wok, add cooking oil and minced garlic, and chicken pieces. Stir until fully cooked.

  • ⁣Add green beans, red bell pepper, and onion. Cook and stir for about 4 to 5 minutes.

  • ⁣Pour the sauce over the green beans and chicken. Then toss and stir everything together.

  • Serve with white rice or brown rice.
