Thai Papaya Salad

INGREDIENTS
1/2 medium green papaya, shredded
2 cloves garlic
2 Thai chili peppers
3 tbsp dried shrimp
2 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp tamarind paste
3 tbsp lime juice
10 cherry tomatoes, cut into half bite sizes
1/8 cup green beans, cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
3 tbsp roasted peanuts
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mortar and pestle, pound garlic and Thai chili peppers into a paste.
Then add palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarind paste and lime juice. Lightly mash and mix until all chucks are dissolved.
Add dried shrimp, green beans and roasted peanuts. Lightly pound the green beans and roast peanuts until the pieces break up slightly.
Finally, add shredded green papaya and cherry tomatoes. Mix, flip and very lightly pound until well combined.
